APACHE OFFROAD [DOBINSONS] IMS & MRR ASSEMBLY JIG
Designed to allow the user to quickly and accurately assemble the Dobinsons MRR and IMS struts at the correct spring seat heights.
Since the Factory authorized measurements are metric, users often convert to standard and then round the number up which results in inaccurate settings. Set this jig on the Strut, and adjust the collars to where they are flush with the top of the jig and tighten. Its that simple.
This jig does not replace the need for a spring compressor, its use is solely to set the spring seat heights.
Labeled 213mm (oe spring seat height,) 220mm (Plus .5″ preload,) and 226mm (plus 1″ preload)
