Any products that have been purchased through Apache OffRoad, can ONLY be returned by the original purchaser. We will not accept direct returns from the seller’s customers.

All returns must be authorized by Apache OffRoad, and be granted an RMA # Prior to being shipped back. If an Item is received by our receiving department without an RMA # we will not be able to accept the return.

Returns for products purchased directly on our website, can be made within 30 days of receiving the order if;

Products arrive from Apache OffRoad, to the customer,
either broken or damaged.

Contents of the shipment arriving from Apache OffRoad,
are incorrect.

All Returned items must be packaged with all original contents and MUST BE UNINSTALLED AND IN NEW CONDITION.

All “Close-out” items are FINAL SALE, and may NOT be returned.

Special Order items may not be returned.

All Other Returns Must be in New, Uninstalled Condition, & Eligible for resale, and will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If an item was purchased with Free Shipping, Apache OffRoad still paid for shipping on that item, and that portion will not be refunded.

Assembled Items- Assembly Labor is not refundable, coilover assembles in which the springs have been installed are considered ineligible for return

Items that are Damaged during an installation are NOT returnable, Professional Installation is Recommended. Likewise, if you install a damaged part, it is not returnable, and must be replaced under warranty if applicable.

Cancellations: Orders that have been paid for, but not shipped will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. Credit processors have recently quit refunding fees charged to [us] at the time of payment, and therefore we must charge the cancellation fee in order to cover these costs.
