Description
Dobinsons introduce this 100% Made in the USA steel winch compatible bumper, for the 2016-2018 Toyota Tacoma 4×4 models. This bumper was designed with great styling to be able to install a winch (not included) and add more lights to the front of your vehicle. The bumper has cut outs for a Hi-Lift Jack to slide into for lifting the front of your vehicle (not for jack storage), as well as 2 x Heavy Duty Recovery points welded into the bumper to help in a vehicle recovery.
The winch mount is built into the face of the bumper, so the winch mounts with the 4 mounting bolts into the face (vertical) of the bumper. This adds strength and rigidity, while reducing the overall bumper weight.
Installation time will depend on experience, 3-4 hours is recommended at a minimum. Trimming of the original bumper plastics and some original plastic bumper support pieces is required and are listed in the instructions. No modifications to the frame are required.
Purchase includes:
Raw steel bumper, frame brackets, necessary hardware (nuts and bolts), instructions, 2 x 4″ LED round fog lights for supplied holes, 2 x Combination Turn/Parking LED lights for supplied holes, and a Steel Grille Insert for the 20″ opening in the face of the bumper. This grille would not be used if a 20″ Single Row LED Light Bar (not included) is installed. 20″LED light bar must be a single row, and could use both mounting styles of LED bar (stud ends or feet). Lights supplied must be spliced into existing vehicle wiring, as they don’t come with any wiring. No plug and play wiring harness is included.
Shipping is by Truck Freight, and it ships on a pallet. Bumper weight is 119 LBS without any packaging or accessories.

* Shipped as bare steel. Will require paint preparation and powder coating or painting by the customer. Raw steel also allows for personalization prior to painting it.
