The Apache Offroad KDSS Delete will allow you to remove either KDSS from your existing vehicle and/or use a KDSS 8.2″ Axle when swapping to a non kdss vehicle. This kit will allow you to adapt a normal sway bar to your vehicle.

They may also be used to replace the factory mounts if you smash your factory mount on the GX470, FJ, or 4Runner within those year ranges.

Welding / Grinding / Fabrication Skills REQUIRED. 

Kit includes: (Picture shows 1 each)

2x ARF-01 (sway bar to frame bracket)

2x AR-01 (sway bar axle mount bracket)

Product ships Raw- Will need to be painted after its welded on.

Side Note- We would prefer people switch to Polyurethane sway bar bushings as they do not bind like the OEM Rubber bushings do, given the rubber bushings work, it is possible to snap the sway bar when they bind (somewhat rare, but possible.)

Front Conversion:

Converting the Front is pretty straight forward. Thankfully, Toyota used the non KDSS spindles, on the KDSS trucks, so the sway bar mount hole already exists in the spindle. On the underside of the front frame portion, where the static sway bar would mount- one holes exists, one needs to be drilled  and thus you will need to use a nutsert (2 needed, one for each side) to thread that hole. You will otherwise need to source the following front parts:
