This aluminum roof rack, for mid & full-size trucks including the Tacoma and Tundra, expands on our line up of tried and true rack systems. Our racks are some of the toughest on the market and are designed to get your gear to the places that matter the most. Explore more and worry less with our industry-leading ¼” thick aircraft grade aluminum side panels and stainless steel hardware. Secure your gear by bolting into one of the extrusion crossbars or by strapping it directly to the side plates. This rack is “drill-free” and requires zero modification to your vehicle.
8 track nuts and a track system are required for install. If your tracks are missing anchor plates, you can purchase them here.
If installing on an RSI Smart Cap, we recommend choosing a crossbar width that is roughly 5″ shorter than what is listed for your vehicle to account for clearance of the side doors.
Powder-coated orders will ship standard with black oxide stainless hardware. Raw aluminum will ship with standard stainless hardware.
